Richard has a great deal of experience in servicing home computers along with experience of IT services within large companies, i.e. Server racking, break–fix services, large scale pc moves, installation and decommissioning of equipment, site survey etc. Richard has carried out work in large banking institutes throughout the UK for Fujitsu Siemens as well as carrying out work under contract for a major High Street retailer, along with spending time as a 1st & 2nd line support engineer for a major pharmaceutical company.
